ISE II-Model Series Selection Guide: Reading This Datasheet

The ISE II line is the heavy-duty counterpart to the T-Model: the same ID-mounted expanding mandrel, but a stiffer spindle that machines walls up to 75mm — five times the T-Model's capacity. Five sizes (ISE-252-2 through ISE-850-2) cover bores from 80mm to 830mm. This is the series for thick-wall headers, pressure vessel nozzles, and J-prep or compound bevels that a light beveler cannot push through alloy steel.

  • Choose by bore window: 80-240, 150-330, 250-426, 300-600 or 600-830mm; overlaps let a two-machine fleet cover 80-600mm.
  • If your walls never exceed 15mm, the lighter ISE T-Model Series does the same job with less weight to handle.
  • For P91 and chrome-moly headers, pair the machine choice with proper cutter grades — see our P91 beveling guide.
  • Drive codes: ISOE electric, ISOP pneumatic, ISOM Metabo motor.
