ISE T-Model Series Selection Guide: Reading This Datasheet
The T-Model table runs nine sizes from ISE-T-30 (18-28mm bore) to ISE-T-850 (600-830mm), all ID-mounted: an expanding mandrel grips inside the pipe bore, leaving the outside surface untouched — the standard approach for boiler tubes and finned or coated pipe. The vertical motor layout keeps the machine short, so it fits between tube rows where side clearance is tight. Wall capacity is 15mm, which distinguishes it from the heavier ISE II line.
- Select by pipe ID, not OD — the mandrel expands inside the bore, so schedule matters: the same 4" pipe needs a different check at Sch 40 versus Sch 160.
- Small-bore models step finely (ISE-T-30: 18-28mm, ISE-T-80: 28-76mm, ISE-T-120: 40-120mm) because boiler and heat-exchanger tube programs cluster in this range.
- Wall thickness beyond 15mm or heavy compound bevels belong on the ISE II-Model Series — same mounting concept, heavier spindle.
- Drive codes: ISE electric, ISP pneumatic, ISM Metabo motor. Pneumatic is the usual pick for shutdown work inside operating plants.
