DCM Stationary Pipe Beveler Demo

Watch the DCM Stationary Pipe Beveling Machine in operation. Heavy-duty stationary beveler for high-volume pipe processing.

This demonstration shows the DCM Stationary Series performing its defining trick: cutting a pipe to length and machining the weld bevel in one simultaneous operation, roughly halving processing time compared with cutting and beveling as separate steps.

What the Video Shows

The pipe is loaded onto the machine bed and clamped; the cutter head then parts the pipe while the beveling tool works the edge at the same time. Both new pipe ends come off the machine cut square and weld-ready — no second setup, no grinding station. This is a cold machining process, so there is no heat-affected zone to worry about on alloy or stainless material.

Series Capabilities

  • Pipe OD range: 50-630mm across three models (DCM-325 / DCM-426 / DCM-630)
  • Wall thickness: 3-38mm
  • Operation: simultaneous cut + bevel in a single clamping
  • Format: stationary workshop machine for repetitive production

Typical Applications

DCM machines anchor the cutting station in pipe spool prefabrication shops, where hundreds of welds per week start with a cut-and-bevel cycle. Typical users include process piping fabricators, HVAC and fire-protection shops, and modular skid builders — anywhere pipe comes in by the truckload and leaves as weld-ready spool components.
